Shop Books for Weight Loss

I've read and researched many books when it comes to health, digestion and weight loss.

Leave no stone unturned as the saying goes.  As you can see from the picture these books are well used and are fantastic for everyday reference.

Sometimes you come across a book that is so good that it can change the path of your life forever.

For me that book was "Eating  Alive - Prevention Thru Good Digestion" by Dr. Jonn Matsen.

This book helps guide us to better digestion by knowing what to eat, when to eat and in what combinations.

Good digestion is a sure way to improve health and achieve weight loss.

Of course this is not the only book in our library that has helped us achieve amazing results.

We have included more book choices further below, that we know can have a positive impact on health and weight loss.

If there was ever one book that helped me improve my health and help with weight loss, this is the one.

Eating Alive by Dr. Jonn Matsen

We are just ordering this book now and will be reviewing it shortly.

But since it's an extension of the original "Eating Alive", I cannot see it being anything but wonderful.

Most books try to help achieve good digestion to help eliminate health problems.

The way we combine foods (known as food combining) when we eat seems to be a focus for most books when it comes to healthy digestion.

It's just another approach for healthy eating.  Food combining may or may not be how you would like to lose weight or improve digestion.  There are other ways to eat healthy, but you should definitely give food combining a try.
