The recipe below shows how to make Holy Crap Cereal quickly and easily.  At a much lower cost you can make a larger batch than the 8 oz. packages you can get in the stores.

Of course it probably won’t be exactly the same as the store bought package. It will depend on the amount of ingredients you use and if you choose conventional or organic products, but the savings are as big as the health benefits you will receive for you and your family.

What are the benefits of this magical cereal? This cereal was actually created to help with constipation and has proven itself.

When the digestive system is in good working order this also helps facilitate weight loss and follows the same rules as the food combining method. 

Simply, faster digestion helps facilitate weight loss.  Just for the health benefits alone it is a great addition to any diet.

The nice part is you can keep the recipe the same or alter it to suit your taste buds better.  Here’s how I make mine.
 
How to make Holy Crap Cereal

Ingredients:

1 cup – (Organic) chia seeds
½ cup - (Organic) hulled hemp hearts
½ cup - (Organic) buckwheat (avoid toasted buckwheat as it can taste bitter)
1 tbsp - (Organic) dried cranberries
1 tbsp - (Organic) raisins (dark or light)
1 tbsp - (Organic) dried apple bits chopped into small pieces
1 – 2 tbsp (Organic) cinnamon



Most bulk food stores are a great place to get all of these ingredients.

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then place in a Tupperware or storage container of some sort for daily use.  How easy is that?

Depending on your preference, it is not necessary to use organic ingredients for the above recipe.

Here’s how I use Holy Crap Cereal:

I love to use this cereal as part of my healthy breakfast routine because it contains lots of chia. 

Chia is a healthy food which provides omega-3, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber and protein which help increase energy levels.

After my morning cup of lemon water and a fresh serving of fruit I enjoy some yogurt mixed with 2 tbsp of Holy Crap.

We like to purchase a variety pack of yogurt, whichever low fat yogurt is on sale.

In a cereal bowl add 2 tablespoons of Holy Crap cereal then mix in the 1 small container of yogurt (100 grams) and mix well.  Let the mixture sit for about 2 – 3 minutes before eating. 

Those large containers of yogurt may be a better choice economically especially if you have a big family.

Of course now that you know how to make Holy Crap Cereal you can enjoy it on just about anything such as soups, pastas, fresh juices, salads, sandwiches and smoothies.  

Also it is a great way to get your kids eating healthy by adding it to some of their favorite desserts such as pudding.
